This poor cat becomes stuck in a tissue box. It is an interesting point to note that the opening of a tissue box is exactly the right size for a cat’s head to become stuck in.

A Story

This one isn’t a video; it is instead a story I overhead on Sunday, whilst I was enjoying my Sunday lunch. I enjoyed it slightly less afterwards, but then listening to a grisly tale when eating is not always wise.

I didn’t have much choice; a gentleman at the next table was regaling his friends with what happened to his acquaintance, a tree surgeon.

This tree surgeon, up a tree one day with his chainsaw, suffered some sort of stroke. The chainsaw severed his hand and, unable to get down from the tree, he bled to death in its branches.

His body had to be removed by friends when they discovered him.

Like many older people, this talkative gentleman revelled in sharing his gruesome ‘real-life’ story. Why is it, in fact, that the elderly love to share disgusting information, about their bowels or operations? Answers on a postcard please.

At 3 1/2 minutes this video is a lengthy record of humiliation. Watch as the monstrous protagonist becomes trapped in a plastic cafe chair and marvel as an elderly lady attempts to help her.

This cat attempts to retain its dignity after becoming trapped in a plastic bag. Obviously not the most intelligent of felines.

Small Child Stuck

This small child is trapped in a cage at a playground. Whilst it looks quite simple to get out (the holes in the bars are certainly big enough), the girl hasn’t worked it out and seems bewildered. It is unclear how long she remained in her prison.

This video is certainly not for the faint-hearted, as it contains slow-motion replays of what must have been a rather painful (but well-deserved) accident. The teenage protagonist attempts to open his car door into passing cyclists. He misses, instead falling from the car and into oncoming traffic….face-first. It’s Karma in action.

This young man would certainly benefit from making some sort of protection for his face.

This rotund young man is wedged into a chair; he manages to escape quite easily but his jolly good-humour makes him worthy of a post here.

Man Trapped In Tight Space

Here we catch up with a man who appears to be trapped between his van and a brick wall. As this painful video wears on, we discover that he is, indeed, wedged tightly into the space and can move neither forwards nor backwards. It is unclear if and how he escapes, but what’s certain is that his ego is certainly not intact. In future, he might want to think again before attempting such a maneouver.

This is my particular favourite. The sheer force with which this man smacks himself into the glass panel is astounding. He reels backwards like a dazed rag doll, then continues on as if nothing has happened. A classic moment; perhaps he needs some sort of head or face protection
